Level 1
Relationship & Results Oriented HealthcareTM Specialist

1-day seminar + 3 months
of instructor guided self-study

This 16-week introductory program grounds participants in the RROHC system philosophy and set of practices. Hansten Healthcare PLLC will send you the syllabus and portfolio, you purchase the text books, and we guide your staff in completing the worksheets that apply the concepts to their own clinical areas through ongoing conferences and online support.  

Each participant receives approximately 8 hours of coaching (in a group format) from RROHC Master Coaches Ruth Hansten and Kimberly McNally.

At the end of Level 1,
participants gain:

• An understanding of the RROHC philosophy and practices for immediate application on the job
• Practical information on how to delegate, supervise & lead a clinical team
• Experience applying critical thinking & problem solving skills to clinical scenarios
• Methods to communicate effectively & resolve conflict
• Understanding of the coaching relationship.

Upon certification at the specialist level, participants may progress through the Facilitator & Master Coach levels.

Level 2
Relationship & Results Oriented HealthcareTM Master Coach

3-day invitational retreat, individual & group coaching, and virtual learning community

The advanced program is intended for those charged with leading the RROHCdesign & development efforts in their organization. The Master Coach will be prepared to go beyond the launch of the training to increase the likelihood that the new behaviors produce the desired results because they are fully adopted by the organization.

At the end of Level 3,
participants will know how to:

• Diagnose organizational needs & orchestrate the change process to implement RROHC methods in a variety of situations — for development & performance improvement
• Create a coaching culture
• Benchmark results & measure the rate of adoption
• Communicate progress to stakeholders

Level 2
Relationship & Results Oriented HealthcareTM Facilitator

3-day intensive learning session
+ 6 months of individual & group coaching, and a virtual learning community

The intermediate program provides 100 contact hours to introduce participants to the facilitation techniques & training concepts required to launch the RROHC program initiative.

At the end of Level 2,
participants will know how to:

• Customize & conduct RROHC training using adult education
  
• Apply advanced content on interdisciplinary teamwork
  
• Increase emotional intelligence for self and others
  
• Anticipate obstacles & facilitate team members learning new behaviors
  
• Conduct basic coaching conversations with team members to accelerate learning in RROHC methods and practices
• Use tools for conducting department-based auditing & focused problem-solving
