This unique program is offered to healthcare organizations interested in making RROHC philosophies a core internal capability. The certification program offers a sequential & integrated developmental process that prepares healthcare professionals to demonstrate, train & coach others in the RROHC philosophy & practices at the first two levels of certification (as Specialists & Facilitators) & to lead the culture change process required to embed the work at the organizational level at the third level as RROHC Master Coach.
