Level 2 Certification: Facilitator


The Facilitator program provides 100 contact hours to introduce participants to the facilitation techniques & training concepts required to expand the RROHC program educational initiative at their facility.

The Level 2 Program is a 3-day intensive learning session coupled with 6 months of individual & group coaching in a virtual learning community.

At the end of Level 2, participants will know how to:

  • Customize & conduct RROHCTM training using adult education
  • Apply advanced content on interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Increase emotional intelligence for self and others
  • Anticipate obstacles & facilitate team members learning new behaviors
  • Conduct basic coaching conversations with team members to accelerate learning in RROHC methods and practices
  • Use tools for conducting department-based auditing & focused problem-solving

We typically offer this program once a year in February, March or April. Contact our office if you need more information on dates.


RROHC Educator and Facilitator Intensive Learning Session

Materials, continental breakfast & lunch included. Transportation and lodging are not included. We will provide facility contact information to aide in making arrangements.

Cancellations and Discounts

  • All team members must register together to be eligible for the team rate discount.
  • Refunds for cancellations, less a $50.00 processing fee, will be made if Hansten Healthcare is notified in writing (email or fax) 10 days before the program.
  • For cancellations less than 10 days before the program, fees may be applied to future programs (less a $150.00 processing fee).
  • Please complete all sections of the registration form. The information will be used for all program correspondence and name badges.
  • All registrations must include the appropriate fees.
